Refunds & Exchanges
We offer easy returns/exchanges for Domestic (US) orders; We will provide a return label for your convenience and deduct $7 return shipping cost from your refund total once we receive your return. Outgoing shipping cost is nonrefundable.

Please Note:
Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit, but are NOT eligible for a refund. Anything that is not full price is a sale item. All purchases made with discount codes are sale purchases and eligible for exchange/store credit only.
Items specifically marked "final sale" are not eligible for return/exchange.
Return for Refund:
Returns may be issued within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be unused/unworn with original packing/tags attached. Only full priced items are eligible for a refund. Once the items have been received and inspected we will issue a refund in same form as the original payment method. Customer covers the cost of return shipping.
Return for Store Credit & Exchanges:
Items must be unused/unworn with original packing/tags attached and are accepted within 30 days of delivery date for exchange or return for store credit. Once the items have been received and inspected then we will ship your new items to you or issue your store credit. Customer covers the cost of return shipping.
International Orders:
International orders are exchange only for store credit or another item. Please note that customer covers the cost of all additional shipping.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS AS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN AUTHORIZED. Any other issues with orders must be reported within 14 days of receipt to request resolution. Thank you for your purchase and for supporting our mission to give back to babies and families in need!
